The Complexity Challenge isn’t a game. But it’s a (fun) way to get your team thinking about the business challenges at hand. It’s experiential – which means no lectures, but the team working to solve the problem. The Challenge sends groups out looking for answers to clues and codes using GPSs, compasses and maps to locate the hidden resources they need to complete the challenge. Peter Bailey of The Prouty Project plans the course understanding the business and organizational needs. This experience provides insightful learnings into team dynamics, communication and decision-making while having a fun and engaging experience. This experience is usually conducted outside. It’s fun. But don’t tell your team. They’ll be too busy solving problems.
